Novitex, the leading provider of innovative, cloud-based solutions in the document outsourcing industry, today announced that the company is expanding its operations with the opening of a new state-of-the-art MegaCenter in Windsor, Connecticut. The 138,395 square foot MegaCenter East is a multi-function production facility, which will be the industry’s first to leverage secure cloud technology to facilitate automated production – enabling clients to achieve the highest level of efficiency and scale when creating, distributing and digitizing documents.

Safeguarding client data is at the forefront of Novitex’s services and the MegaCenter East further demonstrates the company’s commitment to information integrity, integrating the industry’s highest security standards for automated quality control processing. The MegaCenter East will leverage a private and secure cloud-enabled framework to manage business-critical communications, allowing clients to adhere to compliance and regulatory requirements and quickly prioritize actionable jobs while driving down costs.

The MegaCenter East is a significant advancement of Novitex’s digital-first strategy and will provide clients with benefits across key automation and production services, including:
  • Redundancy: A scalable, secure and compliant cloud infrastructure, enabling the company to provide full disaster recovery services and automatically route critical projects to another production facility in the event of an emergency.
  • Security: Two factor authentication infrastructure along with comprehensive intrusion protection and state-of-the-art incident and event monitoring preserve client data and privacy.
  • Availability: 24/7/365 access to a team of dedicated experts and specialists.
  • Transparency: Near-real time tracking of every project increases clarity throughout the production process.
As a part of Novitex’s expansion in Connecticut, the company will retain its current workforce and create an additional 200 new jobs. A ribbon cutting event was held on March 16th with Governor Dannel Malloy and Novitex executive chairman and CEO John Visentin, and was attended by Connecticut-based Fortune 500 clients in the financial services and insurance markets.

“The MegaCenter East is an industry leading, cloud-based document processing facility that bridges physical and digital workflows, enabling Novitex and our more than 9,000 employees to deliver best-in-class solutions to our Fortune 500 clients in a scalable, compliant and fully redundant environment,” said Visentin. “I’d also like to recognize and thank Governor Malloy and the Department of Economic and Community Development for their support and commitment to Novitex and our dedicated employees.”
