Gilles Biscos is the Founder and President of INTERQUEST Ltd, a market and technology research and consulting firm in the field of digital printing and publishing, which is located in Charlottesville, Virginia. He has spent over 25 years in the information processing industry. Gilles has extensive expertise in strategic planning, market research, competitive analysis, and the development of educational and training programs related to digital printing/publishing and document management. Gilles is the co-author of Digital Printing: The Reference Handbook, published in 1993 and updated in 1998 and 2004. He has spoken at a number of industry conferences and written numerous articles for publications.
