Videk, a worldwide leading provider of solutions for document integrity and image quality assurance print verification systems, takes the ninth place spot on the Rochester Top 100 ranking of the regions fastest growing privately held companies, according to the Rochester Business Alliance. This is the second time in the past seven years Videk has been named in the top 10 on the list. Videk topped the list for companies in the manufacturing category.

Working with the leaders in digital print, finishing and mailing technology, including Eastman Kodak, Océ Printing Systems, Pitney Bowes, EMT International and Hewlett Packard for example, Videk delivers automated vision solutions around the globe to commercial and transactional printers, direct mail and book publishers, as well the US Treasury and USPS.

"With the recent introduction of high-speed color inkjet production printers, Videk is capitalizing on our years of vision experience and expertise to offer unique products that truly enhance and support the overall printer solution", said Tom Slechta, President and CEO of Videk.

"We owe a tremendous amount of thanks to our OEM and reseller partners and our end user customers who continue to value our integrated solutions. Of course we could make it all happen without our incredible employees, who are without a doubt, the most amazingly talented team of individuals in our industry."

About the Top 100
The Rochester Top 100 ranks privately held companies based on three years of revenue growth. Revenues of at least $1 million in each of the three years are required for Top 100 consideration. Both dollar and percentage increases are used in determining the ranking. The Rochester Top 100 is intended to recognize both large and small privately owned companies, which have, and will continue to have, a positive influence on the future of Greater Rochester.
