DOCUMENT Strategy Forum 2011will now take place November 1-3 at the Crowne Plaza O'Hare, Chicago. With the recent announcement of our SharePoint joint agreement with AIIM and Gimmal and the expanded role that the Business Forms Management Association (BFMA) will play, we found ourselves in need of larger exhibit space and meeting rooms. Not wanting to leave the great geographic location the Chicago area offers, we were able to secure one of the largest conference centers in the area, the Crowne Plaza O'Hare, which offers us the ability to grow our exhibit floor and provides us with ample conference meeting rooms to accommodate our growing program.

DOCUMENT Strategy Forum will feature a total of six conference tracks: Document Management Strategy and Output Management, produced by DOCUMENT; SharePoint Applications, produced by Gimmal; Forms Management & Design and Technology/Process/Workflow, produced by BFMA; and Mailing Optimization track, produced by Mailing Systems Technology.

In addition to the venue change, moving the show from late October to November 1-3 was widely supported by current exhibitors, speakers and others allied to the show. "Many companies I've been speaking with are very happy with the date change, as it gives them a little more logistical lee-way in what historically is a very busy month for shows in October," said Ken Waddell, Publisher, DOCUMENT.
