He provides hardcopy clients with in-depth industry guidance and intelligence in the areas of cloud, mobility, big data/analytics and social business. Specifically, he focuses on technology trends, user adoption, user needs and profit pools from a print ecosystem perspective. He analyzes and researches the opportunities and challenges presented by an evolving 3rd Platform that consists of billions of devices running millions of apps. He also works closely with IDC global analysts on a wide range of consulting engagements.
