Renames the Business CrawfordTech Government Solutions

Crawford Technologies, provider of innovative document solutions that streamline, improve and manage customer communications, has acquired Agilitech Solutions, a leading provider of document and web accessibility solutions to government and federal sectors, and has renamed the company CrawfordTech Government Solutions. The new entity will have a greater focus on the unique needs of government entities in complying with Section 508 document accessibility requirements and expand the availability of Crawford Technologies’ robust suite of advanced software and solutions to this segment.

The newly formed CrawfordTech Government Solutions will offer document accessibility solutions for both transactional and static documents, along with production management, workflow automation, eDelivery and content services. Additionally, the company will provide production and transcription services for all accessible formats at a secure facility to ensure communications are compliant. Training and educational resources for all solutions, including training content on general accessibility regulations and requirements to achieve and maintain compliance, will be available.

“Our 25 years of experience servicing government entities has resulted in an intimate understanding of the challenges government organizations face in achieving their communication and delivery goals in a streamlined and cost-effective manner,” said Ernie Crawford, president and CEO of Crawford Technologies. “This acquisition makes it possible to deliver to this market the more sophisticated accessibility solutions needed to ensure compliance while, at the same time, provide the automated workflow processes required today to effectively deliver their critical customer communications.”

All current purchasing contracts, including the GSA Multiple Awards Contract, remain in place and active.

Crawford Technologies will highlight the features and benefits of CrawfordTech Government Solutions at the CSUN Accessibility Conference on March 14-18, 2022 in Anaheim, California.
