Flex Systems™ introduces FlexStream™, a new document processing software solution at the 2013 National Postal Forum. Organizations that have previously passed on document processing solutions due to budget and complexity should take note; FlexStream's ease of use and affordability bring viability to a new host of clientele.

Since FlexStream™ was built from the ground up, focusing specifically on document processing; organizations can affordably implement a solution without the need for a systems integrator. Adding scan codes (OMR, 1-D, 2-D), variable text and graphics to existing documents is easy with the modern user interface that incorporates ribbons, tooltips, context sensitive help, and wizards for more complex tasks. Changes to the system can be made on the fly, in house.

The fully integrated USPS mail module allows organizations access to a complete host of address hygiene and presort capabilities, power by TEC Mailing Solutions; the market leader in hosted mailing solutions. There is no need to install, maintain and integrate third party mailing applications; simply turn these features on as needed.

Prior to FlexStream™ organizations had few options for document processing, those with limited functionality or options that required systems integrators to kludge several pieces of software to create a solution; none of which were originally created with document processing as a primary function. While the results may get the job done, undo complexity and poor performance, resulted in increased expense for both mailings and human resources.

"This is a challenge for many organizations" explained Ron van Beek President of Flex Systems. "We recognized the current solutions weren't providing users the greatest return from their inserters. FlexStream™ has opened up new opportunities for smaller mailers to operate with greater efficiencies while keeping in mind the budgetary concerns, likewise large mailers like the speed and both like the simplicity". Flex Systems has offices on the east and west coast and is available through a network of leading dealers.
