The carrier’s technology investment will augment and streamline its transactional capabilities, addressing the rising demand for user-friendly, self-service products in the highly competitive insurance marketplace.

The Xpertdoc Solution enables the carrier to offer its customers a seamless and consistent experience online when completing a form or service request associated with products they have purchased. The new tool will simplify navigation and automate the forms completion and submission process, improving accuracy and efficiency in all areas of the company’s operations.
