Ms. DuGal is responsible for the development and implementation of all Managed Print Services (MPS) engagements. She has played an integral part in launching the industry’s first cloud-enabled MPS offering that addresses common pain points, adds vale and drives ROI for clients.

Prior to joining Novitex, she held executive MPS positions at Xerox and HP and served as a project manager for SCP Global technologies. Looked to as the industry expert, Ms. DuGal frequently contributes bylines to various media publications. She has been a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), issued by the Project Management Institute, since 1998.
