Quadient is hosting its ever-expanding Inspire Days 2023 user conference February 22-24 in Orlando, Florida. The powerhouse event draws customers, partners and Quadient experts for business strategy and technical discussions, motivating presentations and a diverse selection of breakout sessions. Limited space is still available for this information-packed gathering where attendees can gain invaluable insights under this year’s theme, “Powering Digital Experiences.”

Inspire Days 2023 kicks off with inspiring keynote speaker Jay Baer, founder of Convince & Convert, and an evening welcome reception, followed by two days of breakout sessions customized to meet the needs of both new Quadient® Inspire users and those seeking industry-specific or more technical knowledge. Tracks include New to Inspire, Technical Deep Dive, Business and Innovation and How-to. To further encourage collaboration, the conference will feature a Demo Theatre and an Ask the Experts room, both open all day. Sponsoring partners will take advantage of a dedicated pod for demos and on-site conversations.

“We’re thrilled to be back this year bigger and better as Inspire Days continues to serve as a dynamic community in the pursuit of CX excellence,” said Chris Hartigan, chief solutions officer, Intelligent Communication Automation at Quadient. “For many years, Inspire Days has been known to offer an informative mix of speakers and dozens of sessions to support our global customers on their digital transformation journeys. Most importantly, it’s a rare opportunity for like-minded peers to share knowledge, challenges and solve problems together in real time. Attendees walk away with new ideas on how to bring even more value to their customers.”

Baer, a customer experience expert, will deliver a keynote message on “How to Overdeliver the Three Things your Clients Care about Most.” Baer is an entrepreneur and author of six best-selling books on customer acquisition and retention. Quadient users from a variety of organizations will also be participating as speakers, such as EMC Insurance and Adare SEC.

In the spirit of honoring innovations in customer experience, this year’s event features the first-ever Quadient CX Transformers Awards. This celebration of CX accomplishments will recognize organizations that have transformed the customer experience using at least one of Quadient’s market-leading Inspire solutions in the areas of CCM/CXM applications, migrations and transformative CX. Open to Quadient Inspire customers around the world, the awards include four categories: Application of the Year, Digital Application of the Year, Best Inspire Migration of the Year and CX Transformer of the Year. Quadient customers are invited to submit multiple entries. Submissions are due January 27 and winners are announced on the last day of the conference.

Inspire Days Americas in February will be followed by a second conference in Europe, to be held March 20-22 in London. The European conference will continue robust programming, knowledge sharing and networking opportunities.
