The full-day complimentary event, hosted under the theme, “Embracing Our Digital Future: Strategies to Adapt, Evolve and Win,” brings together industry experts and leaders in customer communications management (CCM) to share meaningful insights on the trends, strategies and innovations pivotal to the success of an organization’s digital transformation initiatives and the delivery of an exceptional customer experience.
Ernie Crawford, president and CEO of Crawford Technologies, will welcome attendees and share his perspective on the future of customer communications in our digital-first world. Setting the direction for the day, Crawford will discuss leveraging the latest innovations in customer communications to solve the primary challenges facing enterprises and institutions today: omnichannel delivery, customer experience, accessibility, compliance, security and data optimization.
