More than 180 partners joined Kodak Alaris at its recent 2021 Virtual Partner Summit for the United States and Canada (US&C) region. The theme for the virtual event was ‘Growth Starts Here.’
The annual Partner Summit is a clear demonstration of Kodak Alaris’ commitment to its channel partners as the primary vehicle for delivering information management solutions that simplify and improve the way customers work. During the 2021 event, Don Lofstrom, Kodak Alaris President & General Manager, provided a recap of the business’ strong performance in a year of unprecedented challenges and reinforced its commitment to continue to invest for growth. Plans to further expand the company’s market reach include new versions of its award-winning production and distributed capture scanners and software, continued innovation within the cloud-based connected solutions space, building new partnerships, and growing its repair and maintenance service business around the world.
The event also highlighted Kodak Alaris’ top partners, with eight companies from the US&C region recognized during its annual Partner of the Year Awards. An important event on the annual calendar, the awards celebrate partners who have demonstrated exceptional growth, engagement, innovation and implementation of customer-centric solutions based on Kodak Alaris’ technology and services portfolio. The winners were chosen based on their commitment to customers, investment in Kodak Alaris solutions, year-over-year revenue and growth trajectory, as well as successful joint wins over the past year.
Image Express was named Top Revenue Value Added Reseller in recognition of its outstanding promotion and sales of the Kodak Info Input Solution. Nimble Information Strategies received the Top Solutions Reseller accolade after leveraging the INfuse Smart Connected Scanning Solution to secure a significant deal with the Canadian Government and Best Case Study for their storytelling of how INfuse helped streamline the way applications for citizen services are processed. NewWave Technologies captured the Top Revenue Value Added Distributor title again for their tireless efforts promoting solutions and services from Kodak Alaris.
The Top Strategic Reseller award went to Konica Minolta Business Solutions, recognizing the importance of the strategic alliance community to drive sales. Paragon One Group was named Top Selling New Partner for their success in the distributed capture space.
IDT was recognized as Top Social Influencer for their successful use of social media marketing to reach customers, including their Capture Capitalist video blog series, which spotlights emerging technologies such as the INfuse Solution. Top Marketing Campaign went to Quality Associates Inc. for excellent event support and work educating key audiences on solutions to help the U.S. Government support digital transformation mandates, particularly M-19-21.

In April, CRN recognized Kodak Alaris with a 5 Star rating in its 2021 Partner Program Guide. It’s the fourth time the Kodak Alaris Partner Program has earned this honor in recent years.
