Messagepoint Inc. announced it has been named a Leader in the IDC MarketScape: Worldwide Customer Communications Management 2020 Vendor Assessment (Doc #US45439320, March 2020). The report evaluated customer communications management (CCM) applications on the market, in addition to presenting the criteria that is most valuable to a company when choosing a CCM solution. Vendor inclusion criteria involved a comprehensive survey and investigation of each vendor to ensure the offerings qualified with both capabilities and strategies related to success in the CCM market.
