Crawford Technologies, provider of innovative document solutions that streamline, improve and manage customer communications, announces the release of its Digital Transform Engine (DTE) version 4.11. The newest version of DTE is designed to provide users greater flexibility, performance and functionality to further streamline the management and deployment of customer communications, reduce overall costs and continue to improve the customer experience.
A new capability for enhanced productivity and efficiency in DTE V4.11 streamlines the ability to split PDF files into multiple files with much greater speed and flexibility. This decreases processing time while allowing users to create separate files for different delivery channels. DTE V4.11 can also significantly reduce the time it takes to concatenate PDF files while expanding the ability to support new font combinations.
New functionality has been added to intelligently automate and streamline the creation of accessible communications. DTE V4.11 continues to improve the ease with which unstructured documents can be converted into Accessible PDF (WCAG 2.1), PDF/UA and Accessible HTML, offering increased foreign language support and simplified document remediation. This helps organizations achieve compliance with accessibility regulations.
“Productivity, efficiency and reducing costs are critical areas of focus to ensure that businesses remain competitive,” said Ernie Crawford, president and CEO of Crawford Technologies. “Our goal in the continuous improvement of our DTE solutions is to enable our customers to achieve these benefits with the ability to efficiently and cost-effectively process customer communications.”
