Xpertdoc Technologies Inc., a Montreal-based company offering award-winning document output and customer communications solutions, has been selected by Alaska National Insurance Company for its online audit reporting project.

Alaska National Insurance Company, a service leader in commercial lines insurance products across the United States, recognized the need to print audit reports from their online audit reporting process. The Xpertdoc Customer Communications Management Solution provides this capability over the cloud, with a pdf-generated output.

John Ramey, Senior VP Information Technology at Alaska National Insurance, led the project. "Many of our clients have fluctuating workforces. Allowing our policyholders to report payroll and pay premium through our website greatly simplifies their monthly reporting process. Xpertdoc allows us to quickly generate the audit report and present it back to the policyholder. This time saving functionality extends our promise of being a service leader by giving our clients more flexibility when it comes to managing their monthly payroll process."

"This project is a great example of how automation technology can add significant time and cost efficiencies to business processes, for both our customers and the customers they serve," adds Francis Dion, Xpertdoc CEO and Founder. "It also satisfies the modern-day consumer's appetite for self-service platforms that deliver the information they need when they need it."
