Transformations, Inc., a software solutions company and developer of Uluro, is pleased to announce that Alexandria Gregory, vice president of client services at Transformations, was selected to join Nashville Business Journal’s prestigious 40 Under 40 honorees. This annual award recognizes 40 rising stars under 40 years old in the local business world who have distinguished themselves in their companies and their communities.

Gregory joined Transformations in 2016 as a client accounts manager and, over the past nine years, her strategic vision and unwavering commitment to client success have been the main reasons for her rapid advancement within the company. They were key factors in the company’s decision to promote her to partner in August 2023, a role in which she helps shape the company’s direction and product roadmap and guides clients through ever-evolving market demands, from addressing data security concerns to spearheading digital transformation.

Beyond her professional achievements, Gregory balances her career with her role as a mother and small business owner. Alongside her husband, she owns and operates Gregory Grounds Farms, Gregory’s Beechgrove Country Store and Kitchen and High Brass Investments. These ventures highlight her entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to community development. She is also an active member of the Douglas-Coffee County and Rutherford County Chambers of Commerce, contributing to local initiatives and fostering community engagement.

“I was proud to nominate Alex for Nashville Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 Award. I am not surprised that she was recognized for this honor. Alex’s consistent blend of professional excellence, strategic insight and community involvement makes her an exemplary candidate for the 40 Under 40 recognition,” said Bill Tidwell, CEO of Transformations.
