SmartIQ™ lauded for technological and strategic leadership in emerging customer interaction market segment

Smart Communications™ has been named a ‘Leader’ in the first-ever Aspire Leaderboard for Interaction Experience Management (IXM). The launch of Aspire’s latest Leaderboard recognizes this emerging market segment as a critical component of the customer journey. Aspire named Smart Communications a Leader for excelling in Capabilities and Strategic Direction, highlighting the company’s SmartIQ product for forms automation and intelligent data collection.

IXM focuses on technologies that facilitate seamless customer interactions across digital channels, focusing on traditional one-way interactions such as manual or paper-based forms. IXM technologies are designed to transform these interactions into two-way, interactive conversations that streamline customer data collection and management to ensure they are efficient, personalized, consistent, and available via digital channels.

“Customers expect concise, relevant and personalized experiences at a time that’s convenient for them and through their preferred channels. That means IXM is now a critical part of customer experience management in every industry,” said Kaspar Roos, Founder & CEO, Aspire. “SmartIQ’s combination of capabilities and clear strategic direction made it a worthy Leader in this emerging category for companies in highly regulated industries to transform how they collect and manage customer data.”

The Aspire Leaderboard for IXM 2024 highlights SmartIQ’s Strategic Direction and Capabilities. Aspire’s analysts identified key SmartIQ features such as:
    • “Advanced, cloud-based form and process automation capabilities that enable customers to create adaptive, guided-interview type forms using a drag-and-drop interface”
    • “A robust low-code/no-code environment with an extensive and powerful GUI for workflow design, data processing, and validation…[which] enables the creation of sophisticated, dynamic, and context-aware digital forms and processes, catering to complex business requirements while maintaining ease of use”
    • The low-code/no-code environment also “enables business users to create and manage complex, adaptive forms without heavy reliance on IT.”
    • A “strong focus on accessibility and multi-language support in SmartIQ, catering to global enterprises and diverse user needs”
    • Aspire recognized SmartIQ’s integration into the broader Smart Communications Conversation Cloud™ platform. Its analysts noted that “SmartIQ and SmartCOMM, while built on separate technology stacks, share a common user interface and administrative portal, providing a unified experience for end-to-end customer communication and interaction experience management.”
“We were among the first to recognize this emerging market opportunity, giving us a distinct advantage as we’ve spent years developing and refining SmartIQ. This early start has enabled us to continually enhance our solution, positioning SmartIQ as the trusted choice for hundreds of the world’s largest banks, healthcare institutions, and insurance companies to transform their forms and processes into intelligent, conversational user experiences,” said Leigh Segall, CEO of Smart Communications. “We’re proud to be recognized by Aspire for our Leadership in this category and look forward to delivering consistent innovation to ensure our customers are always future-ready.”
