Using SmartSetup, business users can perform indexing with the push of a button and quickly verify that it is done correctly. The unique technology of SmartSetup makes it easier for organizations to onboard customer communications to their document factories, hastening digital transformation efforts. It reduces the cost and time needed by more than 90%, resulting in significant savings.
Additionally, Crawford Technologies will highlight PRO DocNow, a SaaS offering that adds flexibility to any print and mail operation by reengineering, optimizing and normalizing print and PDF files for print and finishing equipment utilization and increased operator productivity. The solution includes a postal process for NCOA/CASS and presort, which ensures mailings are properly sorted and delivered, reducing costs and improving delivery times. PRO DocNow also offers data stream splitting, sorting and merging capabilities, helping to maximize the production of printers and inserters, as well as reducing costs and increasing efficiency.
