Marilyn Bier is the executive director of ARMA International and has been associated with ARMA for 12 years. She previously served as deputy executive director and director of education/conferences for ARMA. Ms. Bier holds a master’s degree in education and counseling and has over 20 years of experience in post-secondary education in program development and served as a professor. Her former employers include local colleges, several rehabilitation institutions, as well as the State of Missouri. She obtained her CAE in 2010.
