Forrester returns to DOCUMENT Strategy Forum 2017 (DSF ‘17) to deliver CCM and Information Management State of the Market Address

The DOCUMENT Strategy Forum (DSF) is pleased to announce it will kick off its 2017 Conference with a Breakfast Keynote, featuring Forrester Vice President and Principal Analyst Craig Le Clair, titled, “State of the Customer Communications Management (CCM) and Information Management Industry,” on Monday, May 1, 2017 at the Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile.
