Per Joe Pigeon, President of Paloma Print Products:

It is with much excitement, and a bit of sadness, that we announce that Paloma Product Marketing LLC has decided to transfer our client software license agreements to our primary software supplier, CDP Communications, Inc. As of November 2, 2022 CDP will take charge of all Paloma client relationships, providing all training, software support, and sales functions.

Both Darren Baalke and Alex Bristol will be moving to CDP Communications, meaning your customer support relationship will see little, if any, change. As you know, CDP has been Paloma’s primary software development partner – for STREAMdiff, DocDiff, and ADEPT/UA – for the past 18 years. This will benefit our clients through a more streamlined communication channel regarding product development and support. For now, contacting the Paloma support team won't change, and we will keep you informed as the transition of the Paloma support systems to CDP progresses.

“We’re delighted to enable a more direct relationship with the product manufacturer, CDP Communications, whose products Paloma customers have been using since 2004”, said Martin Heenan – Vice President, Business Development at CDP Communications. “We’ll be reaching out soon to bring all customers up to date on the transition from Paloma to CDP, as well as exciting new products coming to market” Heenan continued.

If you have any open invoices with Paloma, please remit them to Paloma as has been handled in the past. Any invoices moving forward will be issued by CDP.

I will be personally involved in the transition from Paloma to CDP for the foreseeable future, so please feel free to call me at 262.618.4125 with any questions. I am always happy to help you in any possible way.

In closing, I want to thank you for your many years of support, faith, and friendship. Words cannot express how grateful I am to have worked with all of you.

Sincerely,
Joe Pigeon
President Paloma Product Marketing LLC
