U.S. Service providers are invited to participate in this industry-first market round-up

Customer Communications Management (CCM) consulting firm, Aspire Customer Communications Services, has announced today the upcoming launch of a new Aspire Leaderboard, and is inviting providers of CCM and CXM software, solutions and/or services to register their interest to be included*.

This new industry tool will provide independent insight and expert analysis on the U.S. CCM and CXM Service Provider Market and will be the first comparison tool of its kind to help enterprises better understand the CCM-CXM outsourcing provider landscape.

The CCM-CXM Service Provider Aspire Leaderboard will deliver:
- An independent and dynamic industry leaderboard, compiled in line with specific criteria
- An essential tool for potential buyers, helping them understand the evolving service provider landscape
- Expert analysis on the capabilities and strengths of all participating service providers
- Access to independent industry insight and in-depth analysis

Kaspar Roos, CEO and founder of Aspire, commented: “In an increasingly competitive and technologically-advanced market, the job of choosing the right provider is more complex than ever before for enterprises. We will be working hard in the coming months, applying our in-depth knowledge of the market to deliver an essential tool that reduces this complexity, and we are excited to invite managed CCM and CXM service providers to be included and be a part of the journey.”

The CCM-CXM Service Provider Aspire Leaderboard will be launched in Q4 2021 and builds on the success of the CCM Technology Vendor Aspire Leaderboard, which was launched in 2018 and gives 10,000 unique users every year access to in-depth analysis and independent reviews of the CCM Technology vendor community.

U.S. Service Providers interested in being included are requested to register their interest by getting in touch here.

*Inclusion in the CCM-CXM Service Provider Aspire Leaderboard is dependent on meeting Aspire’s inclusion criteria.
