Customer communications management technology provider Nordis Technologies today announced the addition of Paul Sykes as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Sykes previously served as Chief Financial Officer of DMG Information, the US-based private equity unit of London’s Daily Mail and General Trust plc. He also served on the board of each company in DMG’s portfolio, helping the businesses develop and implement aggressive growth strategies and operating efficiencies.

In a statement on the appointment of Mr. Sykes, Nordis Technologies CEO Ronnie Selinger said, “Paul brings to Nordis Technologies extensive financial and operational experience with high-growth, innovative technology-based businesses. His knowledge and track record in working in an entrepreneurial culture to help build those businesses makes him a real asset to our senior management team.”

Prior to joining DMG, Mr. Sykes held several positions at EMAP plc, a UK-based diversified media group, moving up to group treasurer. He started his career as an auditor at KPMG. Mr. Sykes is a graduate of the University of Leicester, UK, with a bachelor of applied science in economics. He holds the professional qualifications of Chartered Accountant of England & Wales and Associate Corporate Treasurer.
